Description
The United Nations Development Programme, acting for the UN House participating agencies in Moldova, is seeking a contractor to provide professional, unarmed physical security services at the UN House. The scope includes 24/7 access control, visitor management, security screening, CCTV and alarm monitoring, internal and perimeter patrols, incident and emergency response, fire-safety monitoring, reporting, evacuation and crisis-management support, and coordination with emergency services and law enforcement. The contractor must provide five core security guards, including one supervisor/security guard and four security guards, plus at least two replacement guards. Services are planned for 1 December 2026 through 31 December 2027, with possible extension. Bidders must demonstrate at least seven years of relevant experience, provide at least two comparable contracts and satisfactory-performance certificates, submit qualified personnel CVs and credentials, and provide the required company, legal, authorization, financial, technical, and compliance documentation. The services must be unarmed and delivered in accordance with applicable Moldovan law and UN House security procedures.
