Description
Aging & Adult Services of Coastal Washington seeks providers to deliver mobile food services and resource connections in underserved areas of one or more of Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, and Pacific counties. Services include distributing nutritious food and supplies, providing resource materials and referral connections at public-facing events, conducting ongoing outreach, and serving each approved site at least monthly. Providers must supply appropriate vehicles, maintain safe food storage and handling, coordinate with community partners, and track service and inventory data. Program funds generally may not be used to purchase food, and food provision must not depend on recipients documenting age, disability, income, or citizenship. Approximately $300,000 is anticipated for the contract year, with multiple awards possible. The initial contract period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with one possible annual renewal subject to performance and funding. Proposals must include the required application materials and additional organizational documents; the solicitation accepts submission by email, USPS mail, or delivery.
