Submission Instructions
Description
The City seeks a contractor to remove mature trees and damaged sidewalk, replace the sidewalk, and construct new tree wells. The work has a 15-working-day completion period and is funded through the Carbon Reduction Program with federal funds. The contractor and subcontractors must meet applicable Washington State Department of Transportation requirements. Bids must use the form included in the specifications and include a bid bond or certified check for at least 5% of the bid amount.
