Description
The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency is establishing a list of qualified suppliers to provide groceries and essential supplies on demand for provincial emergencies, wildland fire suppression, and related emergency efforts. Required supplies may include grocery items, milk products, water, produce, meat, and bread products, with delivery to locations designated by the Agency. Suppliers must identify product availability, delivery capability, proximity to the agreed delivery site, transportation arrangements, and delivery charges. Respondents may also offer meal preparation services, including ready-made meals for emergency crews, and must indicate their ability to supply items in the sample five-person food order. The arrangement is a one-year standing offer with two additional one-year extension options; the Agency does not guarantee any volume or value of work. Submissions must complete the provided response and respondent-information forms and address pricing, local community benefits, business operations, purchase-card acceptance, and agreement terms.
