Description
Oak Ridge National Laboratory is requesting a firm-fixed-price proposal or quote for a Morphologi 4 ID particle imaging and spectroscopy system, or a domestic equivalent, under a brand-name-or-equal provision. The bill of materials identifies the instrument, 64-bit computer package, freight, onsite installation, reference slide, initial system overview and basic training, and customized method-development training. The requested quantity is one of each listed line item. Award is anticipated to be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The response must include a firm-fixed-price quote with a proposed delivery schedule, a completed and signed Abbreviated Representations and Certifications form, and an Exceptions/Non-Compliance section or an affirmative statement that no exceptions are taken. The anticipated period of performance runs from award through January 30, 2027.
