Description
TBA Studio is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Olla Recreation Center Pool at 2412 LaSalle Street in Olla, Louisiana. Complete bidding documents are available electronically through AEPlans at no charge; bidders are responsible for reproduction costs. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline and accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the base bid and all additive alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or qualifying bid bond. Bidders must hold a Louisiana Building Construction license. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at Olla Recreation Hall.
