Description
The City of Lincoln is soliciting an annual supply of approximately 250,000 pounds of hydrofluorosilicic acid for potable-water fluoridation. The product must comply with ANSI/AWWA B703-24 and NSF/ANSI 60 and 61, have a concentration of 23%-25% by weight, and be water white or pale straw yellow and free of suspended matter. The contract requires FOB-destination bulk deliveries of 4,000-5,000 gallons per load within 7-10 days after ordering, using delivery equipment capable of unloading without compressed air. Each load must include a washout certificate and chemical analysis, and the contractor must comply with specified delivery-security procedures and provide driver, vehicle, seal, bill-of-lading, and weighing documentation. The initial term is one year beginning December 19, 2026, with three additional one-year renewal options.
