Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6), led by Region 6 Education Service Center, is seeking proposals from vendors offering playground and park products and related services for use by participating public agencies and certain nonprofit organizations. The scope may include any goods or services related to playgrounds and parks, including equipment, accessories, shade structures, shelters, decking, rentals, drinking fountains, benches, picnic tables, outdoor furniture, mulch or engineered wood fiber, and safety surfacing. This is a multi-vendor, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity cooperative procurement for as-needed purchases, with no guaranteed purchase volume. The performance period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031. Awarded vendors must extend contract pricing and terms to current and future EPIC6 members, which are not required to purchase from awarded vendors. Proposals must achieve a minimum evaluation score of 70 points.
