Description
The City of Pasadena Public Health Department is soliciting proposals for customized apparel for personnel supporting emergency response activities and exercises. The required items are 106 waterproof insulated jackets with hoods, 128 unisex fleece zip-up hoodies, 131 navy blue long-sleeve T-shirts, and 90 heather-gray short-sleeve T-shirts. Apparel must meet specified fabric, construction, sizing, color, branding, labeling, packaging, and workmanship requirements, including Pasadena Public Health Department logos and emergency-response wording. The vendor must provide digital mockups before production, pre-production samples for each apparel type, size charts and fit intent, warranties covering manufacturing defects for at least 24 months, and replacement or correction of defective items. Deliveries are required within 30 business days of order placement, with finished products shipped within 15 calendar days of ordering. The contract is scheduled for October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with potential future orders. Pricing must be entered through the City's eProcurement Portal, and the completed Form AA-1 and required portal responses must be submitted with the bid.
