Description
The Town of Orchard Park is soliciting sealed bids for the Compost Building Renovations Project 2026. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the bidding and contract documents and must include bid security equal to 10% of the bid price in the form of a certified check, bid bond, or bank check. Plans, specifications, bid documents, and submission instructions will be available from the Town Clerk beginning September 10, 2026, for $75 per set. The project is subject to the Town's equal-opportunity policy, including equal opportunity for qualified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises.
