Description
Eden Central School District is soliciting sealed bids for the Capital Improvement Project 2024 Phase 2 at Grover L. Priess Primary School. The work must follow drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural, and bidders must keep prices firm for 45 days after bid opening. Bids must include either a certified check or bid bond for at least 5% of the base bid. The project is subject to specified employment conditions and New York State Department of Labor prevailing wage rates. Plans and specifications are available to prime contractors through Avalon Document Services or its online plan room, with a refundable $100 deposit per set under the stated return conditions.
