Description
Caddo Parish is selling its tax-title interests in multiple properties because of unpaid taxes. The properties will be sold to the highest bidder, with no minimum bid established. Bidders must submit a completed and signed adjudicated property bid form and certified funds payable to the Parish of Caddo for the bid amount and estimated sale expenses; the original applicant is required to include only the bid amount. Listed properties include parcels in Valencia Subdivision, Oaklawn Village Townhomes, Washington Terrace, Airport Terrace, Clover Subdivision, Heritage Subdivision, and other described locations.
