The U.S. Army is soliciting price and technical proposals for non-personal physical access control systems maintenance services at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract. The period of performance consists of a nine-month base period from September 29, 2026, through June 28, 2027, followed by three 12-month option periods extending through June 28, 2030. Contractors must be licensed in accordance with HSPD-12, GSA, and FIPS 201 standards. Technicians must have at least two years of experience, and a technician's resume must be submitted with the proposal. The contractor must maintain current qualification packages and resumes for all assigned personnel.
