Description
The Canadian Department of National Defence is soliciting firm-price offers for 39 new spare parts for material handling equipment. The requirement includes hydraulic cylinder assemblies, valves, a hydraulic pump, bearings, caster wheels, a vehicular wheel hub, control levers, switching and interface controls, circuit protection, sensors, display components, electrical cable assemblies, lighting, and an ignition modulator. Quantities are generally one each, with four needle valve stems required. Offerors must provide the requested part numbers or equivalent products and the applicable NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) code. Equivalent products must be identified by brand, model and/or part number and NCAGE and supported by qualifying technical documentation from the design-control manufacturer. Goods must be new and conform to the applicable specifications and part numbers. Pricing must be in Canadian dollars, excluding applicable taxes but including delivery, Canadian customs duties, and excise taxes. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant offer meeting the mandatory technical criteria, with delivery requested by January 21, 2027.
