Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is soliciting a new, current-model electric forklift and heavy-duty fork-mounted trailer spotter. The forklift must have a 36-volt battery, 4,000-pound capacity, specified mast, fork, steering, safety, lighting, alarm, charger, hydraulic fork-positioner, and related equipment features. The trailer spotter must meet specified fork-pocket, receiver, size, weight, and OSHA/ANSI requirements. Deviations from the specifications may result in disqualification. The quote must be submitted on the State's RFQ form and include the required specifications attachment, California seller's permit information, Darfur Contracting Act Certification, Postconsumer-Content Certification Form, Payee Data Record, Bidder Declaration Form, and applicable small-business, DVBE, and CUF documentation. Equipment must be new and delivered within 120 days after receipt of order; the solicitation also requires applicable equipment documentation, including a signed pre-delivery checklist, line-set tickets or window sticker, warranty, and owner's manual.
