Description
The City seeks bids for four specified landscape herbicides in stated quantities: Reward, Gallery SC, Cheetah Pro, and Dimension 2EW. Substitutions may be considered at the City's discretion. Bidders must be licensed pesticide dealers in California and have a California-licensed Pest Control Advisor on staff with vegetation-management experience; the advisor must provide written application recommendations as needed. The vendor must provide initial setup and training for the chemical-loading system, store the chemicals, and deliver them as requested within five working days or as otherwise agreed. The vendor is responsible for recovering returnable containers when requested. Each quoted product must be registered with California's Department of Pesticide Regulation, and bidders must provide a specimen label and Safety Data Sheet for each quoted product. Product literature, specifications, and the manufacturer's standard warranty must accompany the bid.
