Description
The City of Red Bluff is soliciting bids for the Red Bluff River Park Rehabilitation Project. This project involves significant upgrades to the park, including the renovation of an existing parking lot, the installation of a new spray ground with elaborate elements, and the construction of a new bandshell with a steel shade structure. Additionally, the project includes the addition of athletic equipment and the construction of a new pickleball court and restroom facilities. All work must be completed in accordance with the attached Plans and Specifications titled RED BLUFF RIVER PARK REHABILITATION PROJECT. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining a Building Permit and an Encroachment Permit, the fees for which will be waived by the City.
