Description
Pasco County is soliciting bids for construction of a four-pole, box-span traffic signal at the intersection of Eiland Boulevard and Silverado Ranch Boulevard/Ryals Road. The work includes pedestrian countdown signals, sidewalk connections, intersection lighting, illuminated street-name signs, vehicle detection equipment, traffic signal controller and cabinet equipment, signal poles and foundations, underground electrical service, conduit, cabling, drainage improvements, pavement and curb work, signing and pavement markings, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment controls, and related roadway restoration. The solicitation requires bidders to submit a completed bid proposal, a five-percent bid bond or permitted alternative security, Florida Trench Safety Act certification and disclosure, conflict-of-interest disclosure, and NPDES/PPCP certification. The selected contractor will also be responsible for required permitting, utility coordination, insurance, performance and payment bonds, and construction-related submittals.
