Description
The Washington Air National Guard is seeking an influencer platform/application recruiting ecosystem with proprietary integration of an established school-counselor network, in-school digital displays, and synchronized digital and physical direct-mail marketing. The requirement includes access to a national college and career readiness platform, school and counselor engagement, scheduling of in-school events and visits, customizable opportunity profiles, military-focused candidate pathways, Washington military-interest data, advanced segmentation, data verification, targeted direct-mail campaigns, creative development, and performance tracking. The notice states that market research identified EAB as the only known source capable of providing the combined closed-loop ecosystem and that dividing the requirements among multiple vendors would create integration risks, administrative delays, duplicative costs, and reduced recruiting mission readiness. The original RFQ requirements call for a 12-month platform period from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, but the current notice is a presolicitation with no set-aside indicated.
