Description
Charlotte Douglas International Airport is seeking proposals for a two-year Family Assistance Portfolio. The selected contractor will review, validate, and strengthen the airport's existing Family Assistance Support Plan; perform a gap analysis; update the plan and supporting annexes, checklists, and job aids; and provide the final plan in editable and PDF formats. The work also includes program management, stakeholder coordination, workshops, two multi-agency tabletop exercises, and one full-scale exercise. The contractor must provide exercise planning and evaluation materials in Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program format, including exercise plans, situation manuals or participant materials, controller/evaluator handbooks, scenario events and injects, evaluation guides, communications plans, participation tracking, hot-wash materials, and after-action/improvement plans. Proposers must separately price optional on-call emergency family assistance support, including remote advisory assistance and potential on-site Family Assistance Center, call-center, registration, logistics, staffing, and demobilization support.
