Description
The Department of the Army, through Army Contracting Command–Rock Island on behalf of the Office of the Project Director Joint Services and Joint Munitions Command, is seeking multiple-award IDIQ contractors for full-service architect-engineer and construction services. The scope includes both design-build and design-bid-build work for facility projects at Government Owned Contractor Operated and Government Owned Government Operated facilities throughout the United States. Contractors must provide personnel, labor, facilities, materials, supplies, equipment, and related services for projects meeting federal, energetic/chemical, protective-safety, environmental, permitting, and Unified Facilities Criteria requirements. Work includes environmental impact statements and assessments, LEED-related design and construction, and design under the direct supervision of a registered professional architect and engineer. The contract has a stated ceiling of $4,171,491,000 and a five-year duration; competition is full and open/unrestricted.
