Description
This Sources Sought requests Statements of Capabilities from contractors able to provide comprehensive sustainment of the Counter Communications System Meadowlands, a transportable, modular counter-satellite-communications system. The anticipated effort covers technical and logistical support for up to 56 geographically dispersed systems, including field, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance; field service support; reach-back engineering; transportation and repair-cycle management; spares and obsolescence management; and support for deployments, exercises, and emerging operational requirements. The scope also includes software sustainment, defect correction, cybersecurity remediation, configuration and release management, technical-data and vendor-independence planning, transition, workforce and surge capacity, secure and classified operations, and Foreign Military Sales support. Respondents must submit a Statement of Capabilities with company information, relevant corporate experience, technical responses, and contractual/business recommendations. The anticipated period is approximately six years, consisting of one base year and five option years. This is market research only and is not a solicitation for proposals.
