Description
The University of Montana's Broadcast Media Center and Montana Public Radio are considering awarding a sole-source contract to National Public Radio for public radio programming. The requested services support Montana Public Radio's 24/7/365 broadcast schedule and include NPR programming, access to the NPR member-station network, satellite interconnection, technical infrastructure, a website platform, fundraising and marketing support, and professional development opportunities. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Vendors that believe they can provide an equivalent solution must submit a written challenge explaining how their product and services meet the stated requirements, using the required heading and submission channel. The university may proceed with the proposed sole-source award if no valid challenge is received or if it determines that no equivalent source is available.
