Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting a single service provider to furnish and manage 151 Starlink Priority Local subscriptions, each with a minimum priority capacity of 1 TB per month, for an initial 12-month period. The existing Starlink Mini V4 kits are already available; the requirement is for subscription activation, administration, renewal, centralized account management, and direct payment to Starlink by the contractor. The scope also includes installation or reinstallation and configuration of the existing kits, preventive and corrective maintenance, remote and on-site troubleshooting, repairs, incident tracking, technical assistance, monthly reporting, and continuity of service. The contractor must provide a technical team capable of remote and site interventions, prefinance Starlink payments, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant satellite internet experience. A bid security of USD 15,704 is required. The contract is a 12-month service contract, with performance beginning on December 1, 2026.
