Description
Mendocino Unified School District is soliciting proposals for three separately bid infrastructure projects funded through E-Rate Year 30 (2027–2028). The work includes replacing existing cabling at Mendocino Community High School and the District Office Campus Bus Barn, relocating an existing MDF, and identifying options to upgrade connectivity between the District Maintenance Yard and District Office. The requested cabling includes conversion from Cat 5 to Cat 6, with quantities and detailed requirements to be confirmed during mandatory site walks. Proposers must provide separate quotations for each project, including E-Rate-eligible costs, potential savings from combining projects, labor during normal business hours, shipping if applicable, and 7.875% sales tax. Responses must include at least three references, a SPIN number, confirmation of the ability to provide SIP discounting, and confirmation that the proposer has completed or will complete the FCC Form 473 Service Provider Annual Certification for Funding Year 2027–2028. The contract is contingent on full E-Rate funding and approval by the District's Board of Education.
