The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures is conducting an open competitive procurement for professional soil and materials engineering services supporting Hopital de La Malbaie. The scope includes preparation of models, plans and specifications, construction cost estimates at various project stages, advice on planning and optimization of authorized scope, quality, cost, and schedule parameters, coordination with other professional disciplines, construction supervision, support for applications to public authorities, and analysis of equivalencies, change requests, payment requests, and claims. The contract is estimated at 77 months, with a probable mandate start between October 26 and November 27, 2026, and a probable end in March 2033. Proposals will be evaluated using a quality-based process followed by consideration of price. No bid security is required. Plans, specifications, studies, and final reports produced during performance must bear digitally applied signatures using a certificate issued through Quebec's Notarius certification infrastructure. The solicitation requires an eligible permanent establishment in Quebec or a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement.
