Description
The City of Fredericton is issuing a Request for Proposal to establish a roster of up to five qualified suppliers for human resources advisory and consulting services on an as-requested basis. Required capabilities may include workplace and organizational advisory services, labour and employee relations, classification, compensation, policy review, investigations, and related human resources assignments. Proponents must submit proposals for at least two advisory service streams and may propose additional streams. Suppliers will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, proposed personnel, approach, responsiveness, and pricing. The roster does not guarantee any volume, minimum contract value, or assignment of work.
