Description
The Municipality of Saint-Irenee is soliciting bids for winter maintenance of approximately 23.38 km of its municipal road network during the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 winter seasons. The scope includes providing all required labor, machinery, materials, abrasives, deicing agents, equipment, and accessories necessary to perform the work described in the tender documents. Tender documents and amendments are available exclusively through the electronic tendering system SEAO. Award may be made to the compliant bidder offering the lowest price, although the municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Eligible bidders must have an establishment in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement or the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
