Description
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is conducting Phase One of a two-phase selection process for ventilation and life-safety upgrades in the vehicle service bay of Building 1 at the Benton Ridge Research Farm. The work includes supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning general exhaust ventilation, vehicle source-capture exhaust extraction, welding fume collection, gas detection, and associated control systems to improve air quality, worker safety, and code compliance. Phase One is limited to evaluating supplier qualifications and experience. Applicants must provide one reference project completed within the last five years involving HVAC construction for a provincial or federal government, with a value of at least $50,000, including owner or owner-representative contact information and a project description. Qualified suppliers will be invited to submit a financial bid during Phase Two; an optional site visit will occur during Phase Two.
