Description
The City of Fredericton is seeking a qualified supplier to provide ongoing monitoring, inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, programming, emergency response, and technical support for fire alarm systems, sprinkler monitoring systems, burglar and intrusion alarm systems, and electronic door access control systems throughout municipal facilities. The services must support life safety, security, regulatory compliance, reliable operation, and minimal disruption to facility occupants. The municipality intends to establish a long-term relationship with a supplier capable of supporting existing systems and future operational requirements throughout the agreement term. The supplier will collaborate with municipal staff and other service providers and respond to service requests, inspections, maintenance needs, system faults, and emergency repairs.
