Description
The Town of Friendship, NY is soliciting bids for two separate construction contracts related to generator installation. Contract 1 involves the installation of a 180-kW diesel generator, transfer switch, concrete pad, and electrical connection for the wastewater treatment plant, including the removal of the existing generator and capping of the natural gas line. Contract 2 involves the installation of a 150-kW diesel generator and automatic transfer switch, along with a concrete pad and electrical connection for Well #4. Bids will be received until Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time at the Town of Friendship, 4 East Main Street, Friendship, NY 14739. Bid documents are available for electronic viewing at www.HUNT-EASplans.com and www.nyplanroom.com. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Town of Friendship. Questions are due by Thursday, June 25, 2026. This project will be funded using Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funds.
