Description
Sweetwater Creek Community Development District is requesting proposals from qualified independent Certified Public Accounting firms for an annual financial audit of the District’s records for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with four additional optional annual renewals. The audit must comply with Government Auditing Standards, Florida law, Section 218.39 of the Florida Statutes, and the rules of the Florida Auditor General. The selected firm must be authorized to do business in Florida, maintain applicable state and federal professional licenses in good standing, including a Chapter 473, Florida Statutes, license, and be qualified to conduct the required audits. The fiscal year 2026 audit must be completed and delivered to the District by May 15, 2027, and transmitted to the State of Florida by June 30, 2027. Proposers must submit one electronic copy on a flash drive or other electronic device to the District Manager’s office in an envelope marked “Auditing Services, Sweetwater Creek Community Development District.”
