Description
The Jefferson County Clerk's Office is soliciting proposals for a replacement video surveillance solution covering approximately 50 exterior cameras and 150 interior cameras, with proposed resolutions of 8 megapixels for exterior cameras and 4 megapixels for interior cameras. The scope includes recording appliances, storage, up to 16 new cable runs, camera alignment and focusing, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, warranties, technical support, and user training. The solution must support continuous on-site recording without dependence on internet connectivity, remote administrative or viewing access, at least 60 consecutive days of recording retention, and preservation of applicable election-related footage for up to 22 months. Optional pricing is requested for off-site event recording or archival services for 50 camera channels over a five-year pricing period. Proposals must address the firm's qualifications and comparable experience, staffing and key personnel, technical approach, compliance and risk management, detailed and transparent pricing, implementation and support plans, and three comparable client references from the past five years. Required submission items include the Vendor Information form, Acknowledgements and Preferences form, W-9, Ban the Box Compliance form, Firm Qualifications and Experience, Technical Approach and Scope of Services, Cost Proposal and Pricing Transparency, Staffing, Implementation, Training, and Support Plan, and References.
