Description
The State of Missouri, through the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of overhead doors, operators, and accessories at the Macon Maintenance Building. The project includes the proper disposal of all removed items. A mandatory site visit is required for all bidders. Bidders must schedule this visit by contacting Jim Long at 573-719-7397, no later than June 29, 2026. Questions regarding the solicitation should be directed to Logan Wilbers via email at Logan.Wilbers@modot.mo.gov or by phone at 573-526-7930 by June 30, 2026. Any addenda posted to address questions will be published no later than July 1, 2026. The awarded contractor will be responsible for installing specific overhead doors and operators, including all necessary accessories for a complete system. A minimum of 10% of the project must be self-performed by the general contractor. Proof of OSHA 10 certification for all employees working on MoDOT property is also required.
