Description
The City of Shreveport, Louisiana is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to administer its Water Assistance Program. The selected contractor will be responsible for the administration of the program, which assists residents with their water bills. The estimated expenditure for this contract is $500,000.00. The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP. Interested vendors must submit their proposals by September 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
