Description
The California Department of Rehabilitation is seeking one newly manufactured low-temperature combo vending machine. The machine must meet specified dimensional, electrical, accessibility, safety, and vending-feature requirements, including a maximum height of 80 inches, a maximum depth of 38 inches, 120 VAC/60 Hz power, removable coin and bill boxes, a bill validator, price displays, sold-out indication, keyed-alike locks, and configurations for chips, candy bars, and drinks. The detailed machine specification identifies an AMS combo machine measuring 72 inches high by 39 inches wide by 35 inches deep, with Nayax credit-card readers and specified coin-mechanism features; equivalent products may be offered if their differences are clearly described. The awarded supplier must be the manufacturer or a factory-authorized supplier and must provide delivery, freight, set-up, programming, testing, training, installation, and necessary components. The machine must fit through a 33-inch door frame, be delivered to the 17th floor, and be fully operational within 35 calendar days after receipt of order. The supplier must remove the existing vending machine through trade-in or transport it to a recycler, remove packaging, provide warranty support, and provide 90 days of free parts and labor after installation. Quotes must include the completed state RFQ form, detailed equipment and model information, pricing and freight, installation and labor charges, trade-in or removal information, warranty information, required certifications, and applicable bidder forms.
