Limestone County Schools is soliciting bids for lunchroom furniture for Tanner High School: 27 mobile 12-stool tables, one mobile 12-stool table accommodating a wheelchair in compliance with federal ADA guidelines, two rectangular mobile conversation tables, and 20 ergonomic four-leg chairs. Tables must meet the stated construction and mobility specifications; AmTab or a preapproved equal is acceptable for the mobile 12-stool tables. The successful bidder must provide product model numbers, photographs, specifications, pricing, and a projected cafeteria design with two 3D colored layout renderings. The scope includes delivery, unpacking, placement, leveling, hardware fastening, and removal of all crating and packaging. A minimum 15-year full warranty, including stools, is required. Bidders must complete an on-site visit before bid opening and submit the completed bid package with the required certifications, forms, product documentation, and insurance evidence.
