Description
The U.S. Government is conducting market research for businesses capable of inspecting and overhauling AH-64 Apache power supplies, NSN 6130-01-454-8300, part number 60-3782-5. The anticipated requirement ranges from 84 units minimum to 340 units maximum, including 56 units for Foreign Military Sales. The contractor would provide all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to perform the inspection and overhaul. The Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-6130-296, dated November 30, 2017, is identified as applicable technical documentation. The prospective acquisition is anticipated to use sealed bidding under Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul 14 and result in a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with five priced ordering periods over 60 months. The anticipated delivery schedule is 180 days after receipt of each asset. This notice is a sources-sought request for capability information and will not result in a contract award.
