Description
The Regional Municipality of York is requesting proposals for design, contract administration, and site inspection services for the Bathurst Flow Control Gate, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). The estimated contract period is 54 months. Only electronic bid submissions through the Region's Bids and Tenders website will be accepted; hard-copy submissions will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on October 23, 2026. Questions are due through the bidding website by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on October 16, 2026. The solicitation package contains no additional attached documents beyond the posting materials, and the detailed deliverables and participation conditions are referenced in the project documents.
