Description
Los Angeles County is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call labor compliance consultant services for public works projects throughout the county. The solicitation anticipates two contracts with an aggregate amount of $2,500,000 shared among the awarded firms. The contract term is three years with two one-year option renewals. Required submission materials include the County's Appendix A purchasing forms, including the Declaration, Proposer's Organization Questionnaire/Affidavit, Proposer's Certification of Compliance, Request for Preference Consideration if applicable, Commercially Useful Function Certification Form if applicable, Community Business Enterprise Information Excel worksheet, and prevailing-wage documentation. Exhibit 6 must be submitted in Excel format. Vendors must address prevailing-wage compliance, certified payroll records, subcontractor compliance, and valid California Department of Industrial Relations public-works contractor registration.
