Description
The contractor will manage and operate Southwest Virginia Community College’s fitness centers and weight rooms and deliver wellness programs. The scope includes professional staffing, fitness programming, equipment oversight, member services, and wellness initiatives intended to support health, recreation, engagement, and student success in a safe, inclusive environment. The solicitation is revised to apply solely to Southwest Virginia Community College and anticipates a single award. The contract has an initial one-year term with up to nine successive one-year renewal options, subject to satisfactory performance and the college’s continued operational needs. An optional in-person site visit is scheduled; the previously mandatory visit requirement was deleted.
