Description
The Department of National Defence is seeking new commercial-grade fitness, sports, and reconditioning equipment for a military fitness centre. The requested items include strength-training machines and benches, dumbbells, kettlebells, weight plates and storage, resistance bands, a treadmill, and 30 spin bikes. Equipment must meet detailed mandatory performance specifications, be new, and include required operating manuals and instructional placards. Minimum warranty terms are specified for treadmills and spin bikes. The contractor must deliver, unload, assemble, install, and test the equipment, protect the facility floor, and remove packaging materials. Delivery and installation must be completed by March 15, 2027. Offers must include a technical response with supporting product documentation or a detailed written narrative addressing the mandatory criteria, a financial offer using the provided pricing schedule, the Offer Submission Form, and the Offeror Declaration Form. Award is based on the lowest evaluated price among offers meeting the mandatory technical criteria.
