Description
Clemson University seeks offers for new commercial-grade fitness equipment and accessories across cardio, selectorized strength, free weight, and miscellaneous equipment categories. Suppliers may offer one or more categories and durability tiers for high-use campus recreation facilities or lower-use hospitality facilities; residential-use equipment is not acceptable. The solicitation anticipates multiple awards, with no guaranteed purchase volume. Proposals must include a technical narrative, a signed cover sheet, a completed compliance cross-reference index, and the completed Appendix A pricing workbook. Suppliers must provide manufacturer authorization and product evidence, customer experience information, written warranty and service commitments, factory-approved training and certification plans, factory technical support commitments, replacement-parts pricing guarantees, and detailed pricing and charges. The scope also includes delivery, assembly, placement, installation, testing, and demonstration of equipment functionality when ordered.
