Description
Bristol Public Library is requesting proposals for 16 new Ubiquiti UPS-2U-Pro units or equivalent, including necessary software and licenses. Proposed alternatives must include specifications and documentation demonstrating functional and technical equivalence; used, open-box, and refurbished equipment is disallowed, and partial offers will not be considered. Vendor installation services are required. Proposals must include all product and service costs, including licenses, components, cabling, configuration, travel, shipping, and installation, and must provide unit pricing by SKU and identify E-Rate eligibility. The solicitation also requests basic maintenance for the UPS units. The library prefers a multi-year agreement from April 1, 2027, through September 30, 2029, but also accepts an initial term from April 1, 2027, through September 30, 2028, with one optional renewal.
