Description
Bristol Public Library seeks internet access bundled with transport service at 1–5 Gbps, plus five static IP addresses. Proposals must include all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges; identify any ineligible costs; and provide pricing for static IP addresses and optional router/modem leases. Service must terminate at the building’s designated MDF demarcation point, and the provider is responsible for delivery, construction, permitting, pathway, and right-of-way costs. Proposals below the minimum bandwidth or with unspecified additional service costs may be disqualified. The library will consider month-to-month or contracted service, with 36- or 60-month pricing requested for contracted offers. Services are needed effective July 1, 2027. Proposals must address the requested service specifically and include the applicant name, Form 470 number, SPIN, and provider terms and conditions. Cost of eligible services is the primary evaluation factor; technical merit, prior experience, local preference, and other factors may also be considered.
