Description
UT-Battelle, LLC, which manages and operates Oak Ridge National Laboratory for the Department of Energy, seeks a firm-fixed-price quote for 50 one-kilogram quantities of rubidium carbonate. The material must be 99.9% pure, minus 20 mesh, and may be the specified product or a domestic equivalent. Award will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal, and FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, applies. The response must include a firm-fixed-price quote with the proposed delivery schedule, a completed and signed Abbreviated Representations and Certifications form, and an Exceptions/Non-Compliance section or an explicit statement that no exceptions are taken. The anticipated subcontract period of performance is not yet determined.
