Description
Passaic County is seeking qualified healthcare staffing agencies to provide clinical personnel for County departments and institutions, including Preakness Healthcare Center, a 406-bed skilled nursing facility. Requested personnel include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nurse aides, physical and occupational therapists and assistants, speech therapists, registered dietitians, social workers, and registered health information technicians. Staff must provide on-site weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage as requested, comply with applicable New Jersey and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies, complete required orientation, and be available to begin assignments within two weeks of acceptance. Respondents must submit hourly pricing by staff category, shift, weekday/weekend/holiday schedule, and applicable professional qualifications. Agencies must maintain personnel files and provide licensing and employment verification, criminal and exclusion checks, drug screening, health examinations, references, CPR certification where applicable, vaccination compliance, and required identification information. The solicitation also requires specified insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, general liability, property damage liability, business automobile liability, and professional liability coverage, and requires compliance with the facility's corporate compliance and HIPAA requirements.
