Description
The Town of Fletcher is soliciting bids for interior painting of approximately 10,000 square feet on the first floor of Fletcher Town Hall. The work covers offices, police department areas, locker rooms, restrooms, a break room, meeting room, hallways, common areas, and a gym. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies, including surface protection and preparation, minor drywall repair, caulking, crack and gap repair, sanding, cleaning, specified wall, trim, and ceiling coatings, touch-up and polyurethane application to existing wood surfaces, and final cleanup and debris removal. Bidders must provide the total project cost, proposed equivalent paint products, anticipated working days, proposed schedule or start date, exclusions or assumptions, and contractor contact information. Work is expected to occur during the winter months and must be coordinated around an occupied building and police department operations.
