Description
The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to conduct a general survey of subsurface utilities and irrigation systems at Gateway Arch National Park for use by park maintenance staff. The work covers approximately 45 acres of turf and landscaped areas within an approximately 91-acre property and is not being performed in preparation for construction or other ground-disturbance projects. Deliverables must include digital and paper maps showing the locations of the subsurface irrigation and utility lines. GIS data is not required but would be beneficial; if provided, it should be in ESRI file geodatabase format projected to UTM Zone 15, NAD83 (2011). Vehicles and UTVs may not be used off paved surfaces. Drone use requires an exception to National Park Service policy and, if approved, a Federal Aviation Administration Commercial Remote Pilot license. The procurement is a firm-fixed-price RFQ set aside for small businesses, with performance within 60 days of award.
