Description
The City of Leander is seeking statements of qualifications from firms with municipal experience in architectural, design, analysis, and plan review services. Selected respondents will enter a pre-qualified pool for potential as-needed projects during a three-year Professional Services Agreement term; pre-qualification does not guarantee task orders, and the City may select qualified respondents with or without a subsequent project-specific RFP. Responses must describe relevant qualifications and recent comparable projects, proposed staff and their experience, available resources and staffing capacity, methodology and approach, added value, and references. Respondents must provide proof of licensure and meet applicable Texas professional registration requirements. The response is limited to 35 pages, subject to stated exclusions, and must include the specified title page, letter of transmittal, table of contents, reference sheet, CIQ form, terms-and-conditions information, Professional Services Agreement Certification Form, and applicable addenda.
